Careers, quote and support enquiries

These forms submit your name, email, optional contact details, selected category, message and any PDF attachment to AppHill’s server. Quote enquiries may include a budget and timeline; support enquiries may include a project reference; career applications may include a professional profile link. We use this information to consider and handle your enquiry or application.

Storage and retention

Submissions and attachments are encrypted in private server storage outside the public website files. Website visitors cannot browse these records. AppHill administrators can export them to review an enquiry. Records in the website’s submission store are removed after approximately 90 days by a daily cleanup while the application is running. A copy exported for an active discussion or project may be retained separately as needed for that purpose.

What not to submit

Please omit passwords, private keys, payment credentials, identity documents and confidential customer information. If an attachment is needed, send only the details relevant to your enquiry. Contact us to arrange an appropriate channel for material that requires special handling.

Contact email drafts

The Contact page prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit or store its form entries on this website. If you send the draft, your email provider and AppHill’s email service handle the message.

Website operation

The hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request paths and timestamps to operate and protect the site. Form pages use an essential security cookie to help prevent forged submissions. This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers, and it no longer stores a theme preference.

External services

WhatsApp and Facebook links open services with their own privacy policies. Email and telephone links open the applications available on your device.

Your questions and requests

For questions or to request correction or removal of information you have shared, email [email protected]. Include your submission reference when available, but do not email sensitive identifiers.
